100 Theme Challenge - "No Time"

Okay, so while futzing around on Tegaki E (An art blog), I found a group dedicated to Mega Man Robotmasters. (Sort of a combination appreciation and goofy roleplay group of sorts.) They were open to originals, so I decided to give some life to a guy I created last year while during the training period at my last job - Cogman! He's kinda like The Clock King, if Clock King was an evil robot that threw giant cogs at people. :D

So, I picked out the theme "No Time" and drew him for it.
